Baked Nacho Dip
Perfect for a crowd - caution it's hot melted cheese!
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 large container sour cream mixed with 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained
Chopped black olives
1.4 C. diced scallions, including tops (or any mild onion)
1 C. diced tomatoes
8 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 (6 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies, drained
Layer the ingredients in the order given in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
You may cover and refrigerate at this point.
Heat thoroughly at 350 until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
