Baked Potatoes On The Grill
Wash a medium sized baking potato. Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap your potato. Sprinkle kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper over oil. Lay potato in oil and wrap tightly sealing well so oil does not leak out. Add a second layer of foil. Heat grill to medium and place foil wrapped potato on the grate. Grill for 45 minutes to an hour turning every 10 to 15 minutes. Unwrap and serve with your favorite toppings.
