Baked Rice Side Dish 2 cups rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cup water + 1 1/2 teaspoon chicken bullion granules 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon each dried parsley and oregano 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup melted butter salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart rectangular baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Serve hot. Great with your favorite mexican dinner!
