1 pound hamburger
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 large onion sliced thinly and chopped fine
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
ground black pepper
salt
16 large size canned biscuits
Brown hamburger in a large skillet adding Worcestershire sauce and plenty
of pepper, stir in onion.
Layer cabbage over hamburger mixture and sprinkle with a little salt.
Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes or until cabbage is done, stirring
once.
Open biscuits and press them flat, stretching them just
slightly.
Place a small amount of the beef and cabbage mixture in the center of
each biscuit and pinch the edges together to seal it in the center.
Place pinched side down onto lightly sprayed cookie
sheets and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, just until the biscuits
are done.
