Carla's Beef Porkies

 

1 lb ground ham
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
2 Tbsp celery, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk

Combine all ingredients except Tangy Sauce.
Shape meat mixture into 10 to 12 small loaves. (Freeze if you wish.)

To serve, arrange in a shallow baking dish. Pour Tangy Sauce over loaves.

Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Baste with Tangy Sauce.

TANGY SAUCE

1 8 oz can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and pour over Beef Porkies when you are ready to bake them.
