CARLA’S GALUSKY 1 lb. lean ground pork Cut center out of cabbage and pour boiling water over it to loosen
leaves. Mix meat, rice and onion . Make into small rolls and wrap in cabbage leaves. Put 1/2 can sauerkraut in the bottom of a large kettle and place the
cabbage rolls on top. Cook for 3 hours on medium heat. Yield: about 20 small Galuskys.
