Carla's Glazed Lemon Cake

 

1 package (18 1/4oz) white cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1 cup lemon-lime soda
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

 

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, and eggs.
Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

Gradually beat in soda just until blended.

Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth;
carefully spread over warm cake.

Cool on wire rack.
