CARLA'S PARTY MINTS

2 lbs powdered sugar
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened

Mix together until smooth and "play dough" consistency.
If dough is too sticky, blend in more powdered sugar.

If desired, divide batch and add a few drops the food coloring of your choice to each batch,
mix until coloring has been incorporated into the mixture.

If desired, add 1/4 tsp of flavoring to each half.

(Example: green food coloring with 1/4 tsp of peppermint flavoring-
yellow food coloring with 1/4 tsp of butter rum flavoring)

Press into mint molds to form shape.

Store in refrigerator until serving time.
