Cheesey Chicken & Noodles
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 to 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 12 oz package Reames pre-cooked egg noodles, thawed
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can chicken broth
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cover; cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
