CHERYL'S PASTA SALAD

 

16oz pasta noodles (Rotini noodles, Bow Tie pasta or your choice of pasta)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med red onion, chopped
4 carrots, shredded

Dressing:
2 cup mayonnaise
1 can sweetened condensed milk

 

Cook noodles as directed on the package. Drain.
Pour into bowl and add green pepper, red onion and carrots, mix.
Stir mayonnaise and sweetened condensed milk together and pour over pasta and vegetables.
Chill until serving time. Refrigerate leftovers.

 

(If taking this salad to a pot luck meal where you will be traveling a great distance,
mix pasta and vegetables together and keep separate from dressing.
Mix mayonnaise and milk together for dressing and pour into jar with tight fitting lid.
Just before serving, stir in dressing.)
