CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
3 cups cooked chicken, cut up
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; cover; bake
30 minutes.
Serves 4.
