Chicken Mushroom Pizza
1 Pillsbury pizza crust (the refrigerated kind that you pop out of
the can)
(optional) Ranch Dressing
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 boneless skinless chicken breast; cooked and shredded
(seasoned anyway you like, great place to use leftovers!)
1 ½ teaspoon dried minced garlic flakes
2 to 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms; drained
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 ripe Roma tomato; chopped finely
(optional) thinly sliced green onion or finely chopped red onion
(optional) crushed red pepper flakes
another ½ cup shredded mozzarella
Spread crust onto a thin baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed
with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer toppings onto the curst in the order listed, starting with the
1 ½ cups of cheese and ending with the extra ½ cup.
Bake pizza according to package directions until crust is lightly browned
and crisp around the edges.
