Company Potato Casserole

3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
½ crushed potato chips or corn flakes

In small crock-pot mix all ingredients except sour cream and crumbs.
(this size recipe fits in a small "crockett" size, for company dinners you may want to double the recipe and use a little bigger crock pot)

Cover and cook 5 to 7 hours.

During last hour stir in sour cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
