Corny Chili Casserole

1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
12 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
15 oz jar cheeze whiz, regular or Mexican
4 cups tortilla chips, slightly crushed
1 cup chopped tomato

Brown meat, drain.
Add peppers cook till tender.
Add black beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder and ½ of cheeze whiz.
Stir till cheese is melted.

Spread layer of meat mixture onto bottom of 1 ½ qt. casserole, top with layer of chips.
Repeat layers, end with meat.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Top with more chips, tomatoes, and remaining cheese whiz.

Bake 5 minutes more to melt cheese.
