Country Style Coleslaw
½ medium size head of green cabbage, shredded
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 carrot shredded
1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Mix cabbage, onion and carrot in a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar,
salt and pepper.
Pour dressing on salad, chill overnight or at least 4 hours.
