DONNA'S APPLE CRUMB PIE

4 large apples
9” pie crust
½ C sugar
1 t cinnamon
½ C sugar
¾ C flour
½ C butter

Pare, peel, and cut apples into 8ths with your apple wedger.
Cut each wedge in half to make 18 wedges.
Arrange apples in pie crust.
Cover with ½ C sugar mixed with 1 t cinnamon.

Sift remaining ½ C sugar with ¾ C flour.
Cut in ½ C butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over the top of the apples.

Bake for 10 min at 450, then 40 min at 350.

Donna's Note:
It's so easy to make, it's unbelievable.
Just pour the cinnamon and sugar all over the apples in the crust,
then pile on the crumb topping -- couldn't get any easier!
