Easy Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
26 oz jar Prego Ricotta Parmesan Pasta Sauce
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
salt
ground red pepper
9 lasagna noodles
10 to 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown beef in a skillet, stir in sauce, add 1 cup water
(use the water to “rinse” the sauce jar).
Add ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning,
a dash of salt, and a small dash of red pepper.

Simmer 15 minutes.

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

In a 9x13 pan layer 1/3 of sauce, 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 of cheese.
Repeat layers-
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes, uncover for the last 10 to 15 min to slightly brown edges.

Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.
