Foil Wrapped Grilled Onions

 

Peel a whole sweet onion and trim off ends so that they are flat.

Core a hole part way through the center of the onion.

Pack the hole with a tablespoon of butter covered with
a teaspoon of granulated chicken bullion.

Sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper.

Wrap tightly in two layers of foil.

Heat grill to medium and place foil wrapped onions on the grill.

Cook for 50 minutes to an hour.

Serve hot!
