Garden Burritos

 

1 can (16 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16 oz.) whole-kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chili-style stewed tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 burrito-size flour tortillas

 

Heat oven to 400.

Mix beans, corn, tomatoes, and cheese.

Spoon mixture onto tortillas and fold.

Bake in a buttered shallow baking dish covered with foil for 8 minutes to heat through and melt cheese.
