Grilled Veggie Kabobs

 

2 small to medium sweet onions; each cut into 6 wedges

1 red bell pepper; cut into 12 large pieces

1 yellow bell pepper; cut into 12 large pieces

12 grape tomatoes; whole

olive oil

kosher salt

coarse ground black pepper

lemon pepper

garlic powder

Cavender's Greek Seasoning

4 skewers

 

Slide veggies onto skewers alternating them as you go.
Lay skewers in a shallow dish or across a large plate.

Drizzle veggies with oil and sprinkle with seasonings; be sure to do both sides.

Heat grill to medium.

Place skewers on grate and cook 15 minutes or until tender but still crisp;
turning every 5 minutes.
