Grilled Pound Cake Sundaes

 

1" thick slices of prepared pound cake
(a frozen one works great for this just thaw slightly before grilling)

lemon juice

butter

vanilla ice cream

carmel topping

whipped cream

 

Drizzle cake slices with lemon juice and spread both sides with butter.

Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill cake slices for 2 minutes per side.

Place grilled cake in a shallow bowl.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of carmel topping.

Serve with whipped cream on top!
