Grilled Round Steaks

Round steaks
½ c soy sauce
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 t ginger
1 t dry mustard
1 or 2 gloves garlic, minced

Combine marinade ingredients and add steaks.
Marinade 2 to 4 hours turning occasionally.

Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
Place steaks on grill over medium, ash-covered coals.
Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
