Ham & Cheese Bow Ties

 

12 oz bow tie pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk
8 oz shredded colby jack cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pound deli ham cut into cubes

Cook pasta according to package direction.

In another pan melt the butter and add the flour and seasonings. Blend well.
Add milk and boil about 2 minutes.
Add cheeses and stir until melted.
Add ham and heat through.

Mix cheese and ham sauce with hot pasta and serve.
