Slow Cook Ham and Potato Casserole

 

One potato for each person, sliced thin
1# diced ham
1 large onion, sliced
3 or 4 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water

 

Pour water in bottom of crock pot.

Place one layer of sliced potatoes on bottom of pot,
top with layer of onion, then layer of ham, then layer of cheese.

Repeat layers to fill pot.

Pour soup over top and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
