Hamburger Stroganoff

 

1# ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. can mushrooms
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
wide egg noodles

 

Brown beef and onion, season with salt and pepper.

Mix in mushrooms, soup, and sour cream.

Simmer 5 min.

Serve over noodles.
