HardCor's Burritos

2 pkg pork tenders/minute steaks (about 8 steaks)
2 cups white rice
2 cans refried beans
1 small bag of lettuce or salad
1 jar of cheese whiz
10"/12" tortillas

Marinate meat for 5-6 hours, when meat is done cook the steaks and cut them into thin strips.
In between cooking the meat cook the rice and warm up the beans and cheese.
When everything is done, put a thin layer of beans on a tortilla then add rice, lettuce, and meat then top with cheese.
Top with salsa if desired.

Grab a cold pop, kick back and enjoy.

Feeds 3 college kids with some leftovers.
To feed more just cook more steaks since the beans, rice, cheese, and lettuce won't go as fast as the meat.
This recipe could serve about 5-6 normal people.

I used 2 marinades for this. One was spicy and one was not.

SPICY-(just right)- soy sauce, wine and pepper worcestershire sauce, louisianna Habanero hot sause, and garlic salt.
The soy sauce is the main part the rest is just for flavor.
Careful with the hot sauce because it is potent.

NOT SPICY- soy sauce and seasoned salt.
Rub seasoned salt onto meat then place the meat in soy sauce.

Feel free to use other marinades. I was just shooting from the hip when I made these 2 and turned out great.
