Ken's Internet Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix

Mix together and drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

( Chocolate chips can also be added.)

Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes

Cool

Top with quick Cookie Frosting

Quick Cookie Frosting

4 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Mix the ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth.

Spread onto cookies.

(if frosting is too thick add a little more hot water)
