Ken's Ham Wheels

KEN'S HAM WHEELS

6 or 7 flour tortillas (burrito size)
2- 8 oz. pkgs of cream cheese-softened
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
8 to 9 oz thinly sliced deli ham
shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.
Spread generously onto tortilla.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
Layer 3 or 4 slices of ham on top of cheeses.
Roll up tightly and chill several hours to overnight.
Slice into 1" wheels and serve.
