Ken's Grill Top / Stove Top Potatoes Potatoes (4-5)
Peel/Slice potatoes thinly (1/8"). Melt butter (medium heat). Layer potatoes. Salt. Cover with milk. Simmer covered (~20 minutes (until tender)). Season to taste (red pepper, black pepper, onion powder). Sprinkle with cheese (reserve some for topping). Cook uncovered (~5 minutes). Top with remaining cheese and crushed crackers. Serve when cheese is melted.
