Lindsey's Cinnamon Rolls

2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup soft butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Blend baking mix and milk. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix and knead about 20 times.
Roll (about 1/4" thick) into an 8"x14" rectangle.
Spread butter over entire rectangle of dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Beginning at one of the narrow ends roll dough like for a jelly roll.
Cut into 14 slices. Lay slices in a 9"x13" greased baking pan.
Bake at 425 for 5 minutes.

Grandma's Glaze

Mom taught me how to make this glaze, she said this is how her Mom told her to make it a long time ago.

Put a good amount of powdered sugar in a large bowl.
Add a couple capfuls of vanilla, a tiny pinch of salt, and a couple splashes of milk.
Using an electric mixer, mix until smooth.
If it's too thin add more powdered sugar if its to thick add more milk.

To Glaze The Cinnamon Rolls-

Make the glaze while the rolls are baking and put in fridge to chill.

To catch the mess you are about to make place a piece of wax paper on the counter under your cooling rack.

When the rolls are done line them up on the cooling rack and let them set for a couple minutes.

While they are still nice and warm drizzle a spoonful of glaze on each one. This glaze will kind of soak into the rolls.

When the rolls are cooler drizzle another spoonful of glaze onto each one. This glaze will stay on top of the rolls.

Now you eat them!! Tasty!!
