Lindsey's Favorite Sugar Cookies

2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
5 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350.

Remove cookies to a cooling rack and sprinkle with sugar.

It's important to not over bake these!
