Meatball Calzones
1 egg, lightly beaten 16 large size refriderator biscuits extra parmesan cheese and italian seasonings 14 oz jar pasta sauce or pizza sauce
In a large bowl mix first 6 ingrediants. Shape into 32 small meatballs. Place meatballs on a rack in a shallow pan and bake at 400 for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350. Roll biscuits into thin circles. Place 4 meatballs and a nice pinch of cheese onto a flatened biscuit,
use the egg white and water mixture Repeat until you have 8 calzones. Place on greased baking sheets. Brush tops with the remainder of the egg and water mixure Bake for 15 to 25 min. until golden brown. Serve with sauce for dipping.
