Pork Roast With Apples And Onions

 

2 pound boneless pork loin roast
salt and pepper
oil
2 tablespoons of water
3 golden delicious apples - cored and cut into wedges
2 large onions - cut into wedges
5 cloves of garlic - whole and peeled
1 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary

 

Season roast with salt and pepper and brown in oil on all sides.

Place roast in a 9x13 roasting pan and surround with apples, onions, and garlic.

Pour water around roast.

Sprinkle all with salt, pepper and rosemary.

Cover loosely with foil.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Uncover, turn apples, onions, and garlic.

Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
