Ken’s Salami Stacks

 

Soften 3 to 4 oz of cream cheese and spread on 6 large slices of hard salami.
Stack spread slices and top with a plain slice.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for an hour or two.
To serve cut stack into 12 wedges, stab each with a toothpick to help them stay together.
Garnish with olives or cherry tomatoes on the picks.
