Salsa Chicken Wraps


3 boneless chicken breasts
salt
pepper
paprika
onion powder
oil
6 to 8 oz salsa
tortillas
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
shredded cheese
sliced avocado
jalapenos
sour cream

Season chicken and brown in oil in a lg skillet.
Pour salsa over chicken and cover. Simmer on medium low until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Shred chicken and return to the pan.


To serve place a spoonful of shredded chicken in center of tortilla and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese,
avocado, jalapenos, and sour cream. Roll in one side, fold in one end and continue to roll up.
