Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

 

1/2 pound ground sausage, browned and drained (cool slightly)

8oz cream cheese, softened

8oz whole fresh white mushrooms, stems removed

 

Preheat broiler.

Blend cream cheese and sausage.

Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.

Arrange on baking sheet.

Broil 2-3 minuets until lightly browned.
