Slow Cooker Pork Chops

 

3/4 cup flour, divided

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper blend

1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

4 boneless pork loin chops about 1/2 inch thick

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 can 14 1/2 oz chicken broth

 

Mix 1/2 cup flour with , mustard, pepper blend, and seasoned salt; evenly coat chops on all sides.

In a large skillet brown chops in oil.

Transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker.

Whisk remaining flour in a bowl adding broth a little at a time until smooth, then whisk in remaining broth.

Pour thickened broth over chops.

Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours until meat is tender.

Remove chops to a serving plate and keep warm.

Whisk pan juices until smooth and serve with chops.
