Turkey Patties

 

1 # ground turkey
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sage or poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon butter
6 cups shredded cabbage

 

Mix turkey, crumbs, lemon juice, oil, salt, sage, and pepper.
Shape into 6 thin patties.

Place cheese on half of each patty and fold over, press to seal edges.

Heat butter in skillet until bubbly.

Cook patties til done. About 4 minutes on each side.
Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Cook and stir cabbage in drippings in skillet until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve with turkey patties.
