Turkey Ranch Burgers
Burgers:
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs (about 1 slice of bread chopped fine)
1 1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion mixed with 1 1/2
tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 egg
2 teaspoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound lean ground turkey
Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
Also Needed:
4 toasted split buns
crisp lettuce leaves
fresh tomato slices
thinly sliced red onion
avocado slices
jalapeno slices (optional)
In a large bowl combine the burger ingredients and mix
well.
Shape into 4 patties.
In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray
cook patties over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
Make sure the juices run clear.
While patties are cooking mix the sauce ingredients,
toast the buns, and prepare the other toppings.
Serve cooked patties on toasted buns,
top with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and jalapeno slices.
