Vanilla Pie
1 ready-made graham cracker crust
6 oz package vanilla chips (can use white chocolate)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
4 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
cherry pie filling (optional)
In a microwave safe bowl, melt vanilla chips; stir until smooth.
Cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add melted chips; beat well.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Slice and serve.
Can top with a spoonful of cherry pie filling if desired.
