Cheesy Sausage Macaroni
1 kielbasa type sausage cut into slices 8 oz elbow macaroni 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion chopped 1 green bell pepper chopped 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can rotel tomatoes
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Heat oil and saute sausage slices just until lightly browned. Remove sausage from pan and keep warm. Saute onion and pepper until tender (about 4 mins) Return sausage to skillet with onion mixture, add macaroni and heat through.
